I’m a big Pinterest fan, and one of my favorite time-sucks is to use it to look for new recipes. I’m eating (mostly) Paleo and gluten-free lately, so I get really excited when I find delicious recipes that fit those specifications. This is one I cooked for dinner recently, along with some sweet potato fries. They’re baked, so you don’t have to worry about extra oil from frying! Super delicious, and just as good as leftovers!
