I love both chocolate and avocados very much, and I’m sad that it’s not avocado season anymore. But it’s still possible to find a few ripe ones in grocery stores, so I really want to make this recipe one last time this season.
If you love chocolate and want a health(ier) cookie, this is definitely for you. Just be warned, they are super fudgey and kind of sticky and really should be put in the fridge for a while to ease consumption.
