Working Out: Week 4

Today was the first day that I looked in the mirror (while waiting for a million years for a squat rack) and said “are my arms getting more muscular?” So changes are happening! I’m adding weight on to my deadlifts and squats now that I have good form, and I’ll be able to add some weight to my myostatic crunches next week to get some extra ab burn. I’m excited for that because that’s part of my next milestone goal! IMG_1107


Apparently my rowing face is an angry one

I am definitely noticing a difference in how I feel, so it’s really great to start to see a difference in how I look! Tomorrow is a deadlift day and I’m looking forward to it!

Exciting update for today: I’ve lost an inch and a half from my waist so far and added 5 pounds to my crunches today! Woohoo!
