Hello! It’s already Friday, how great is that! That’s one of the best things about 3 day weekends where you get a Monday off, the week after is so much shorter! Sorry I’ve been AWOL all week, I got a cold and had a bunch of things due for school. I’m really looking forward to this weekend!
Today was my first time at the gym in a week because of the long weekend and being sick. It was great to be back but was so hard! I feel like I lost a surprising amount of strength in just a week. I’m going to make a point to get three workouts in next week to get back into the routine. I missed it all this week!
I’m expecting my newest pair of yoga pants to be delivered on Monday. I ordered the Poppy crops from Jiva Shop and I’m so excited! They’re so colorful, and Jiva is supposed to make really quality stuff. Look at how cute they are!
One of my other favorite things that happened this week was discovering a great place to practice handstands in my apartment. If I do it in the hallway, I can practicing kicking into handstand from my bathroom and then using the opposite wall as a support. I’m planning on doing the #journeytohandstand Instagram yoga challenge for March, so it’s nice to have a spot where I can practice by very rudimentary handstand skills.
