In the midst of a super busy week preparing for my recital/going to class/doing homework (some of my last homework assignments of college!) I managed to go to the gym today and then made the tastiest smoothie afterward. I think it tasted extra good because I bumped up my squat weight and did kettlebell swings. When I have more time, maybe next week, I want to try making green smoothies!

3/4 cup frozen berries
1 frozen banana
1 fresh banana
